Designed as a multi-generational home, the plan orients the primary living zones towards the north-facing street frontage, transforming the conventional front yard into a functional, sun-drenched outdoor living space. A combination of the elevated ground plane and strategic landscaping establishes a degree of privacy while maximising northern exposure.

CLEMATIS STREET RESIDENCE
The vibrant steel pergola, spanning the dwelling's width, integrates carport and shading device, and is designed to be enveloped by lush vegetation over time, creating a dynamic, 'lived-in' street elevation.
